1. Strict Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or advance online bank transfers.
- All orders are processed solely under the Cash on Delivery (COD) model. You must pay the full cash amount to the courier rider at the time of delivery.
2. Courier Rules (Open Parcel Policy)
- According to official courier company regulations in Pakistan, riders do not allow customers to open the parcel before making the payment.
- You must pay the rider first and receive the box. If there is any issue inside, you can contact our support team under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
3. Order Verification & Confirmation
- Placing an order on our website does not mean it is automatically shipped.
- Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to verify your details. Orders will only be dispatched after your verbal or written confirmation.
4. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse.
- Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Abuse of Service & Fake Orders
- We keep track of delivery refusal rates. Customers who deliberately refuse genuine orders at the doorstep or place fake orders will have their phone numbers and delivery addresses permanently blacklisted from our store.
