Refund & Exchange Policy

At Libas-e-Hurain, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Since we operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, our return, exchange, and refund policies are structured as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can claim an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your parcel. A claim will only be accepted if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or torn upon arrival.
    • The delivered product is the wrong size or wrong design.
    • The product is unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Procedure for COD Orders
Since payments are made in cash to the courier courier rider, instant cash refunds are not possible at the doorstep. Instead:
    • If a product is damaged or incorrect and we cannot offer a replacement due to stock limits, a financial refund will be issued.
    • Refunds will be transferred directly to your EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account.
    • The refund process takes 3 to 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility.

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges
    • If the return or exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Libas-e-Hurain will cover all return shipping costs.
    • If you want to exchange an item due to personal preference or a size change request (without any fault on our part), the customer must pay the return delivery charges.

4. How to Start a Claim
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.
