Free Shipping Eligibility:
Orders with a total value of Rs. 5,000 or above qualify for completely free shipping within Pakistan, including all courier partner charges.
Flat Rate Shipping:
Orders below Rs. 5,000 are charged a flat rate of Rs. 300, regardless of the number of items or weight of the shipment.
This flat rate covers standard delivery via our courier partners to any location within Pakistan.
Order Processing
Order Confirmation:
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy and confirm delivery details.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) and paid orders, this verification is mandatory before processing.

- Any special instructions or requests
Warehouse Processing:
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for quality check and shipment preparation.

Processing typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Credit Card Payment Processing:
Credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided and your bank's processing time.
Your order will only be forwarded to the warehouse once payment has been successfully authorized.

All confirmed orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delays:
You will be informed via phone call, SMS, or email if your shipment is delayed due to any unforeseen reason such as:

Payment Processing

- JazzCash: Direct transfer to merchant account
- Easypaisa: Direct transfer to merchant account

Credit Card Processing Timeline:
Credit card payments are processed through secure payment gateways and can take up to 3 business days to be fully authorized, depending on:
- Your bank's processing speed

Your order will only be sent to the warehouse once payment has been successfully confirmed and authorized.
COD Orders:
For Cash on Delivery orders, no advance payment is required. You can pay the courier upon delivery.
The courier will provide a receipt and confirmation of payment.
Stock Management
Out of Stock Items - COD Orders:
If any item(s) in a Cash on Delivery order are out of stock in our warehouse, we will:
- Ship the available item(s) separately
- Contact you via phone or email regarding the unavailable item(s)
- Offer you the option to wait for stock, cancel that item, or select a replacement product
Partial shipments will still be delivered on time with adjusted pricing (shipping charges will be recalculated if necessary).
Out of Stock Items - Paid Orders (Credit Card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.):
If any item(s) in a paid order are out of stock in our warehouse, we will:
- Contact you via phone, SMS, or email immediately
- Request your preference for the out-of-stock item(s):
- Wait for the item to come back in stock
- Select a replacement product of similar or lower value
- Cancel the item and receive a partial refund
We will not proceed with shipment until we receive your decision.
Stock Status:
Stock availability is determined at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, occasional out-of-stock situations may occur.
You will always be informed promptly if this affects your order.
Package Inspection
Upon Delivery:
When your package arrives, please inspect it carefully for any signs of damage before accepting delivery:
- Check for torn, dented, or damaged packaging
- Verify that the seal is intact and has not been tampered with
- Ensure the parcel has not been opened or repacked
Damaged or Tampered Packages:
DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel if you notice:
- Torn packaging from any side
- Broken or tampered seals
- Signs of opening or repacking
- Visible damage to the package
If you observe any of these issues:
- Refuse to accept the parcel from the courier
- Inform the courier that the package appears damaged or tampered

Report Details to Include:

- Courier company name
- Tracking number (if available)
- Date and time of delivery attempt

Our Responsibility:
LIBAS E HURAIN takes full responsibility for any damage or tampering that occurs during warehousing or initial courier handoff.
However, LIBAS E HURAIN does not hold responsibility for damage that occurs during courier transit if the package was accepted by the customer in damaged or tampered condition.
If you accept a damaged or tampered package, no return or exchange will be entertained, as this would indicate the damage was not reported to the courier at the time of delivery.
Bulk Orders
Verification for Bulk Orders:
For any paid or COD order of significant bulk quantity or amount, the LIBAS E HURAIN team will contact the consignee (recipient) for additional verification:
- Transaction verification
- Order confirmation
- Delivery address confirmation
- Contact person verification
- Special handling requirements
Verification Timeline:
If customers are not contactable within 3-5 business days during the verification process, LIBAS E HURAIN reserves the right to cancel the order and process a full refund.
We take this step to prevent fraudulent orders and ensure the safety of both parties.
Important Terms and Conditions
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by LIBAS E HURAIN due to stock unavailability.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. While we strive to deliver within 7 business days, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information.
- LIBAS E HURAIN is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Signature or recipient confirmation is required upon delivery.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been sent to the warehouse for shipment.
- Customers must inspect packages at the time of delivery and report any damage or tampering immediately.
- Free shipping applies only to orders with a total value of Rs. 5,000 or above at the time of order placement. Any discounts applied after order confirmation do not retroactively qualify the order for free shipping.
